The place turned out to be a godsend, we stumbled upon it by chance while driving to see crocodiles.Very well-groomed area, lots of entertainment! For 600 rupees per person - all 33 pleasures! Relaxed with the whole family!!!

It was my first time visiting this place, the entire campus is huge and development is under going. Currently it has one residential complex having around 3 rooms to chose from. There is big lawn in front of complex, ideal for mini parties or outdoor games. Also to do some water activities there is a good size swimming pool with integrated baby pool, ideal for adults and kids and a rain dance arrangement too. There are couple of huts nearby to have a poolside seating for groups. There are few sports accessories to play outdoor, there is a karting track with 3 karting vehicles and one ATV. location is very scenic with a small hill in the background and a stream alongside. They offer breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. Lunch was very delicious and quantity was good enough but anyway it was unlimited so one can eat as much as one wants too. Breakfast and snacks were good too. They serve veg and non-vegetarian options one has to inform in advance about there food and accommodation requirements.Ideal place for family gathering or group outings with all age groups. They serve sea food also on the prior request.Coming to few improvements I want to suggest, raindance setup needs maintenance or the sprinkler system should be replaced by simple pipes with holes to get the best rain effect. The lawn is big but the grass needs some cutting because it's not plain and difficult to run on it. In the same lawn few swings , slides or other toys can be setup for kids. Some indoor games or board games can come handy. Also for the swimming pool a slide and few floats can add some value.But overall it's really a very good project, I loved my time here and would love to visit again but expect some improvements for sure.👍🏻👍🏻
